  1. Cut the tofu into slices, add salt and MSG and marinate for ten minutes, dip it in flour and coat both sides evenly, then dip it in a layer of egg yolk juice and set aside.

  2. Pour oil into the pot and heat until it is 50% hot. Add the tofu slices and fry until the skin is golden brown. Remove and drain the oil. Trim off the excess and uneven egg coating.

  3. Pour oil into the pot, heat over high heat, sauté chopped green onion and minced ginger until fragrant, add an appropriate amount of Hong 99 Seafood Hot Pot Concentrated Seasoning and tofu, and reduce the soup to the flavor, then it is ready to serve.
