Stir-fried river shrimp with spring leeks
Overview
Crayfish have been on the market rapidly recently, and various imported prawns are available in supermarkets. In comparison, you may not be able to distinguish these finely chopped river prawns. However, in order to welcome the beginning of spring, maybe this plate of river delicacies is missing from your dining table.

The main materials are ready;

Slice the garlic, wash and cut the leeks into sections, cut off the tails of the river shrimp, wash and drain, drain the excess water on kitchen paper and set aside for later use;

Put oil in the pot, heat until 70% hot, add river shrimp and stir-fry until crispy;

It doesn’t matter if it takes a little longer. Stir-fry the shrimp heads until they are crispy, then scoop them out and set aside;
