Overview

This is a very unique Guizhou snack. When I was a child, I ate this almost five days a week. It is a nostalgic taste. Now that I have been away from my hometown for many years, I can only make it myself to reminisce about the past. The taste is indeed good and not very complicated. Friends who are interested can try it.

  5. Place it in the steaming dish of the rice cooker for cooking glutinous rice. While the glutinous rice is cooking, the sausage is steamed.
