  1. Put all the ingredients except butter and salt into a bread machine and mix.

  2. When the dough forms a thick film, add butter and salt and stir.

  3. Knead out a thin film that is not easy to break (actually it is not required for making toast, I am used to it)

  4. Place in the bread machine and cover with plastic wrap to ferment.

  5. Poke a hole in the fermented dough with your fingers dipped in flour, just make sure the hole does not shrink or collapse.

  6. After deflating, divide the dough into 60g pieces and let it rest for about 15 minutes.

  7. Take a piece of dough and divide it into body, head and limbs (the body is filled with honey beans)

  8. Knead the dough, place it in a baking pan, cover with plastic wrap and ferment for 2 times.

  9. After fermentation, brush with egg wash (the shaped bread cannot rise too big or it will deform after baking)

  10. Preheat the oven in advance and set the middle layer to 180°C for 12 to 15 minutes (temperature and time are for reference only)

  11. Melt the chocolate decorating bag with water and draw the patterns of eyes, mouth and turtle back.
