Braised grass carp with radish
Overview
After having snacks for several days in a row, today I’m going to make a home-cooked dish. Growing up near the water, I love fish the most. In autumn and winter, radish is the best, so I’m going to make braised fish with radish, which is great with rice.

Chop the ginger, garlic and black bean into coarse pieces, add oil to the pan and fry the fish on both sides until fragrant. Add the ginger, garlic and black bean and stir-fry until fragrant.

Then add the radish slices and stir-fry.

Add appropriate amount of cooking wine.

Add enough water (as shown in the picture) so that it is level with the food.
