Overview

This is the first time I have used an oven to cook beef. It is really very tender. It retains the flavor of the beef itself, better keeps food nutrients from being lost, and is less oily. Faced with the many additives out there, you can still taste like a chef if you make it yourself.

  1. Slice beef thinly against the grain.
