Scallop soup with shredded radish
Overview
My wife is on a business trip, what are we going to eat tonight? I was cleaning up the kitchen and found a pack of radish brought back from my hometown. I had a meeting with radish tonight, so I made four radish dishes in one go: radish strips with dipping sauce, refreshing cold shredded radish, fried shredded radish, and shredded radish scallop soup.

Cut the radish into shreds and set aside.

After the pot is dry, add peanut oil, onion, ginger and garlic in sequence and stir-fry. When fragrant, add red pepper.

Add the scallop meat to the pan and stir-fry until cooked.

Then put the shredded radish into the pot and stir-fry, add white vinegar and Puyuan fish sauce (delicious taste, light color).

Add boiling water and diced tofu, cover the pot and bring to a boil.
