Overview
Lettuce salad is a very popular dish in summer. It is simple to make, refreshing and relieves greasiness, cleanses the intestines and diuretics, and maximizes the nutrition of lettuce. The cold lettuce I made today still uses my own chopped pepper sauce as the main seasoning. Because in addition to chili pepper, the chopped pepper sauce I made also contains ginger, garlic, and watercress, so it is very simple to use it in the cold dish, and there is no need to prepare many other seasonings.
