Wash the beef and cut into pieces;

Cut the old tofu into pieces, put it into boiling water and cook for 1 minute;

cold oil, add minced ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant;

Pour in the beef and stir-fry until cooked;

Add chili powder, black bean paste, and bean paste, and stir-fry until red oil appears;

Add tofu cubes;

Add water, light soy sauce, and pepper powder, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 5 minutes;

Pour in water starch and cook until the juice is thick;

Dish out and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
