Beef Sauce Pancake
Overview
Is this considered a variation of Tujia Sauce Cake and Tujia Mother-in-Law Cake, haha. In my son's words, it's fake, but it's healthier than the ones I bought. Well, I admit it's a fake, but it tastes good, right?

Add the flour to boiling water and mix, then add cold water and mix into a flocculent form (the ratio of boiling water to cold water is about 8:2), knead into a slightly soft dough, cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for about 30 minutes.

Crush the cooked white sesame seeds.

Add appropriate amount of pepper and salt to the sesame seeds and mix well to make sesame salt.

Finely mince beef tenderloin.

Finely mince garlic cloves and onions.

After the oil in the pot is hot, add the minced garlic and onion and sauté until fragrant.

Add the minced beef and stir-fry for a few times, then add a little cooking wine.

Add bean paste and stir-fry for a few times.

Add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce, a little dark soy sauce, two tablespoons of sugar, and a small amount of water.

Heat over medium-low heat until thickened, add appropriate amount of sesame oil and MSG and serve.

Knead the risen dough for a while and cut it in half.

Take one portion and shape it into as square a shape as possible. Brush with a layer of salad oil and sprinkle with a layer of sesame salt.

Make four cuts as shown in the picture.

Fold the bottom two sides inwards.

After folding, fold it upward.

Then fold the two sides inside.

Then fold the last two sides inward and seal the mouth.

After waking up for about ten minutes, roll it into pancakes.

Brush a non-stick pan with oil and heat.

Add pancakes and fry over medium heat until one side is cooked until hard, then flip over.

Fry occasionally until both sides are crispy brown, tapping the crust with a spatula to help separate the layers.

At the end, just smear the beef sauce on it. I wanted to sprinkle some sesame seeds on it, but I forgot, haha.
