Prepare the ingredients: as shown in the picture.

Cut the kelp sprouts with scissors.

Preparation: green onion, shredded ginger.

Heat oil in a pan, add scallions, white ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

Stir-fry the kelp sprouts for a minute or two.

Add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil.

Simmer for about five or six minutes, add salt, pepper, and shrimp skin powder and mix well.

Pour into a small Corning soup pot and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
