Clean the fresh beef, cut into pieces/strips, add water and boil together, cook for about 20 minutes (actually depends on the thickness of the meat), remove and let cool, cut into thin slices and set aside.

Chop the onions, peppers, coriander, green onions, etc. and add them to the beef.

Add sugar, oyster sauce, vinegar, beef broth, sesame oil, sesame seeds, then heat the oil, pour the hot oil on top, stir and serve!
