Red wine grilled lamb chops

Red wine grilled lamb chops

Overview

It was my first time to grill lamb chops with red wine. I wanted to try a Western way of eating it. After adding black pepper, I always felt that something was missing, so I added homemade chopped pepper sauce. It combines Chinese and Western styles and is really suitable for my taste. At a food event, a food expert said that whether food is Eastern or Western, taste still plays a dominant role. Therefore, whether it is a true Western style or not, the key is to make food that suits your taste. Today’s red wine grilled lamb chops are based on my own taste and combined with Chinese and Western methods. The finished product is really amazing! I made the red wine myself, and I also made the chopped pepper sauce. The two ingredients were combined to roast the lamb chops. You can smell the mellow aroma of the red wine from a distance. The bright red color of the chopped peppers and a little sprinkle of cooked sesame seeds add extra appetite. Take a bite and savor it carefully. The aroma of meat, pepper, and wine are perfectly integrated. There is no mutton smell at all, but a five-flavor enjoyment on the tip of the tongue...
