Broccoli and meat pot stickers
Overview
The two ends of the pot stickers are not sealed, and the gravy soaks the outer skin with flavor, plus the crispy texture on the bottom, which is very delicious.

Prepare materials

Add minced ginger and salt to the minced meat, mix well, then add chopped carrots

Chop the broccoli and green onions and add them to the meat filling

Add some cooking oil and stir evenly

Take a piece of dumpling wrapper, put in the meat filling, and shape the meat filling into a long strip, leaving a little at both ends

First pinch the middle, then put it in your hand. After the bottom is flattened a bit, pinch it to both sides for a better look. Leave openings on both sides, neither big nor small

Brush the pot with oil, place the pot stickers one by one, and fry them until they are set

Add water to cover half of the pot stickers, bring to a boil over medium heat, cover and cook until the water dries up

Finally, sprinkle with chopped green onion and sesame seeds, and dry the last bit of water over low heat.
