Fried milk
Overview
I had fried fresh milk once in a restaurant and it was delicious, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a rich milky flavor! I found some posts on the Internet and tried to make it. I didn’t expect it to be so successful for the first time!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare materials
-
Boil milk and sugar over low heat
-
Stir the starch with water and add it to the milk little by little, stirring as time goes by
-
When the milk paste boils, add the egg whites and stir quickly. Be sure to use low heat
-
Then pour it into a container. Square ones are best. I don’t have them at home. I used a plate. After cooling, put it in the refrigerator to solidify. If you want it faster, you can put it in the freezer. It will take about 2 hours. Or you can refrigerate it and cook it the next day
-
After shaping, pour out and cut into small pieces
-
Next, make the crispy paste. Mix flour, salad oil, baking powder, salt, and water into a paste. Set aside
-
Dip the milk cake evenly into the crispy paste
-
Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot and heat it up to 60% to 70% heat. Gradually put the milk cake into the oil pan and fry until it turns yellow and take it out
-
Put it on a plate and eat it while it's hot. Don't burn your mouth
