Fried milk

Fried milk

Overview

I had fried fresh milk once in a restaurant and it was delicious, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a rich milky flavor! I found some posts on the Internet and tried to make it. I didn’t expect it to be so successful for the first time!

  5. Then pour it into a container. Square ones are best. I don’t have them at home. I used a plate. After cooling, put it in the refrigerator to solidify. If you want it faster, you can put it in the freezer. It will take about 2 hours. Or you can refrigerate it and cook it the next day

  6. After shaping, pour out and cut into small pieces
