Overview

Watermelon rind: cool in nature and sweet in taste. It clears heat, relieves heat, quenches thirst, and facilitates urination. It is used for polydipsia due to summer heat, lack of urination, edema, and sores on the mouth and tongue. Mung bean sprouts: clear away heat and detoxify, nourish blood and qi, strengthen the spleen and stomach.

  1. Remove the roots of mung bean sprouts, wash them, blanch them and set aside;

  2. Remove the green skin and red flesh from the leftover watermelon rind, trim the edges and set aside;

  3. Cut the white flesh slices with relatively high moisture into thin slices and cut into thick shreds for later use. 2. Do not discard the green flesh part, cut it into strips and dry them. (If you can eat it, don’t waste it😁)

  4. Shred the cucumber and radish, and mince the coriander and garlic.

  5. Put all the seasonings into a bowl (season according to personal taste)
