Pan-fried vegetarian wontons

Wash the rapeseed and blanch it in boiling water and take it out.

Blanch the vermicelli and take it out

Place the cooked vermicelli on the chopping board and chop into pieces.

Chop the blanched rapeseed and squeeze out the water.

Add oil to the wok, add eggs and stir-fry.

Put the shrimp skin into the pot and fry over low heat.

Put the vermicelli, rapeseed, eggs, and dried shrimps together in a large bowl, add chopped green onion, salt, and MSG.

Add a little soy sauce, cooking oil, and sesame oil.

Add all seasonings and mix well.

Take a piece of wonton skin and put an appropriate amount of mixed fillings into it to wrap it into wontons (wrap according to your own customary method)

Brush the frying pan with a layer of base oil and place the wrapped wontons in order.

Use a spoonful of vinegar and half a bowl of water to make a bowl of juice. When the bottom is slightly stiff, pour the mixed juice into the bowl.
