Basa fish braised pot
Overview
1. Saute onion and garlic. Choose onions, ginger, and garlic according to your personal taste. If you like spicy food, add dried chili peppers when frying. 2. Stir-fried vegetables with soy sauce. Tomatoes and carrots are a must, and other vegetables are optional. Just fill the bottom of the pot, and put more if it is for two people. Tomatoes add richness to the soup. 3. Add water and simmer. Add three small spoons of bean paste, thirteen spices and sugar as condiments. 4. Open the fish in water and cover it with bread. Simmer until the fish is tender and the cakes are cooked. When choosing fish, you must choose something like pangasius that has no fishy smell. You can fry the pancake until half cooked before covering it, otherwise it will easily taste like dough.
