Clean the king oyster mushrooms

Cut crosswise into slices

Add appropriate amount of salt, mix well and marinate for a while

During the marinating time, make batter and add all ingredients except king oyster mushrooms and salt

Pinch out the water from the pickled king oyster mushrooms

Use it instead of water to stir the batter

Add a little more pickled pepper water and stir evenly in one direction

Pour appropriate amount of oil into the pot and heat it

After the oil is 70% hot, take a piece of king oyster mushroom and coat it with the batter

Turn to low heat and put the batter-coated king oyster mushrooms into the oil pan one by one

Flip and fry again until slightly brown and take out

After all the king oyster mushrooms are fried, fry them again until golden brown
