Prepare the bottom of a bowl with salt, light soy sauce, and chopped green onion.

Bring water to a boil and add noodles.

Use chopsticks to break up the noodles.

Prepare the balsamic vinegar, Laba garlic, scallion oil, and add the boiling water to cook the noodles.

Noodles cooked and ready to assemble.

Transfer noodles to prepared bowl.

Add two tablespoons of scallion oil.

Add a few bubbles of Laba garlic vinegar.

Add two cloves of Laba garlic.
