  1. Prepare materials, mix cake flour and cornstarch

  2. Separate the egg whites and egg yolks. The container must be oil-free and water-free. Put vegetable oil and fine sugar into the egg yolks

  4. Add warm water and mix well, sift in the flour and mix well

  5. Add salt to the egg whites, beat with a whisk until fine foam, add all the fine sugar

  9. Pour all the mixed batter into a baking pan lined with oilcloth, and scrape the surface roughly even

  10. Place in the middle and lower racks of a preheated oven at 160 degrees and bake at 160 degrees for 20 minutes. Take out the cake after baking, invert it upside down and let it cool. Tear off the oilcloth
