Separate the egg yolk and egg white in a water-free and oil-free basin.

Add milk, vegetable oil, 30 grams of sugar to egg yolks, and cocoa powder and mix well.

Add the cake flour into the cocoa egg yolk batter and mix evenly.

Add 30 grams of sugar to the egg whites and beat with an electric egg beater.

Pull out the egg beater until the egg whites form a small sharp angle.

Fold the beaten egg whites into the egg yolk cocoa batter in three batches.

Stir up and down to mix evenly.

Brush a flat non-stick pan with a thin layer of oil and add the batter over low heat.

Add a small amount of water to the pot, cover the pot and simmer over low heat.

When the dough is puffed up, turn it over. It doesn't matter if the batter sticks together, just use a spatula to spread it.

Turn over.

Continue to add a small amount of water to the middle of the pot.

Cover the pot and simmer until the water evaporates.
