Ingredients: red dates, longan, wolfberry, lotus seeds...

Soak red dates, longan, wolfberry, lotus seeds and other ingredients for 3 or 4 hours.

Wash and blanch the old duck you buy home. You can ask the store to pre-process the old duck when you buy it.

Clean it and see if there are any stray hairs on the duck's skin. If there are any, use tweezers to pull them out.
