Black bean noodles and red bean buns
Overview
Half of the fermented black bean noodles were made into steamed buns. There happened to be cooked red beans at home, so the other half was made into red bean buns. Red adzuki beans are neutral in nature, sweet and sour in taste, can diuretic dampness and reduce swelling, and have good functions of laxative, lowering blood pressure, lowering blood lipids, regulating blood sugar, preventing stones, and promoting bodybuilding and weight loss.

Add cooked red beans and sugar and mix well

Fermented black bean dough

Take it out and divide it into two parts (one part is used for steaming the steamed buns), deflate and roll into a round shape

Divide into small portions of equal size

Then make it round

Take a dough and roll it into a round shape, put an appropriate amount of honey red beans on it

Wrap it up

Make all second serves (about 30-40 minutes)
