Crack the whole eggs into a mixing bowl and add sugar. (Figure 1)

Beat the eggs in hot water. The egg liquid becomes thicker and thicker as it is beaten, until the egg mixture dripping into the basin does not disappear immediately when the egg beater is lifted. (Figure 2)

Sift in the flour in two batches and stir evenly with a spatula. (Figure 3)

Add salad oil and continue to stir evenly. (Figure 4)

Pour the mixed batter into the measuring cup. (Figure 5)

Pour the batter carefully into the lollipop mold until it is slightly full, cover it and place it on the baking tray. (Figure 6)

Preheat the oven to 180° and heat the middle layer up and down for 15 minutes. After cooling, unmold and insert sticks. (Figure 7)

Heat the chocolate over water until it melts, scoop up the chocolate with a large spoon, roll the lollipop cake inside, sprinkle with decorative jelly beans and let dry. (When dry, it can be inserted into existing vegetables at home such as zucchini, cabbage, radish, etc.).
