Stir-fried shrimp balls with chive sprouts
Overview
We bought a small bunch of leek seedlings. Although they look like a handful of grass, they taste tender and sweet. Stir-fry them with fresh shrimps and go with rice! My son praised it for being delicious!

Peel the shrimps, cut the leek sprouts into sections, peel and shred the carrots, and chop the garlic and ginger

Heat the pan, add salad oil first and then shrimp

Wait until the shrimp changes color, roll up the meat, and set aside for later use
