Zucchini, egg, dried rice dumplings
Overview
Spring is here, and the temperature is gradually rising, so I want to eat some light and refreshing food. My husband likes dumplings the most, so we instantly reached an agreement, zucchini and egg dumplings. Then roll up your sleeves and start making dumplings!

Prepare the ingredients, grate the zucchini, add a little salt and let it sit for 10 minutes. After the water in the zucchini is marinated, remove this part of the water and keep the zucchini shreds for later use; soak the fungus and set aside; chop the sea rice and set aside.

Heat oil in a cold pan, fry the eggs and mash them with a spatula.
