Cut chicken legs into pieces.

Heat oil in a pan and add onion and ginger to the pan.

Add chicken pieces.

Stir fry until the chicken pieces release oil.

Add garlic cloves.

Stir fry until fragrant.

Then add soy sauce, Maggi, salt and dried chilies.

Stir well over high heat.

Cover, turn to low heat and simmer for 10 minutes, then turn off the heat.
