Ingredients: chicken wings (washed), ginger slices, green onions, sand tea sauce

Place the cleaned chicken wings on the chopping board and score a few cuts on the front and back with a knife.

Place on a large plate.

Add appropriate amount of cooking wine.

Add 3 tablespoons of Shacha sauce.

Mix well and marinate for 1-2 hours.

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger slices to the pan.
