Pan-fried Stuffed Three Treasures
Overview
Pan-fried stuffed three treasures is a traditional Cantonese dish. It is made of three common vegetables stuffed with meat and fried. It is delicious but not greasy, and the meat and vegetables are perfectly combined. You can choose sweet and sour sauce, black bean sauce, or hot sauce as the sauce according to your own preferences. I prefer to simply dip it directly in soy sauce to eat it, which can best taste the original flavor of the food
