Combine the above ingredients into a dough and let it rest for 30 minutes

Roll the rested dough into thin pancakes, preferably into a square shape

Cut the thin pancake into long strips

Shape it into a long strip (push your left and right hands in opposite directions to create a texture)

Fold the two ends together and they will become twists.

Fold the pile together and stuff the excess heads into the small circle on the head to prevent them from spreading when putting them in the pan.

Just like this, the twists came out one by one and were ready to be put into the pot.

Fry until golden brown (approximately 70% hot) and the twists are ready to be taken out of the pan. The oil will give it a seafood flavor. Do not add too much oil or it will taste bitter.
