Grilled Shrimp
Overview
Now that my child has grown up, I don’t even know what he likes. He loved eating shrimps when he was little. I learned how to make dry-pot shrimps because shrimps were cheap. After I made them, I said they were barely okay, but I didn’t like shrimps anymore. I wanted to eat dry-pot chicken. Oh!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Buy the prawns, cut off the tentacles, pick out the shrimp threads, and open the back for later use.
-
Add a little black pepper to the open-backed shrimp, grab a handful of flour, mix well and set aside.
-
Chop the potatoes, onions, and lotus roots, and bake the sausages in the air fryer until cooked.
-
Put oil in the pot, more oil.
-
Heat the oil and put the marinated prawns in the pot, fry them and take them out (I only left the prawns for about 10 minutes).
-
Then put the potatoes into the pot and fry them. When they are almost cooked, add the lotus roots together and fry them until they are cooked. Take them out and set aside.
-
Just put a little bit of oil in the pot, add the garlic cloves, ginger, and the hot pot base ingredients.
-
When the hot pot base ingredients are melted, put all the ingredients including green peppers and onions into the pot, add appropriate amount of oil and stir evenly. Taste and add salt according to your personal taste before serving.
-
Sprinkle with white sesame seeds to make your mouth water.
