Portuguese egg tart
Overview
I have a greedy little baby at home who often misses the egg tarts from KFC, but he is very obedient and sensible. I don’t want to eat out, so there are very few opportunities to eat KFC. I make up for everything in my own kitchen. I always think that what I cook is definitely safer and more delicious than what I buy from outside. I felt that it was a bit troublesome to make the tart shell for folding the quilt, so I bought a ready-made egg tart shell. The baked egg tart had not yet come out of the oven. The baby used several delicious words to describe it, and then he ate it happily and praised it: It’s so delicious.
