Rice cooker with minced pork and beans

Wash the rice, put it into the rice cooker, and add an appropriate amount of water. (If you like something with a better taste, you can reduce the amount of water)

After heating the oil in the wok, add the green onions, ginger slices and aniseed and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add minced meat and stir-fry until it changes color.

Add the minced beans and carrots in turn and stir-fry. Then add light soy sauce, thirteen spices, sugar, salt and MSG respectively and continue to stir-fry.

After stir-frying for two minutes, pour the ingredients in the wok into the rice cooker, stir the rice and minced vegetables and meat evenly, cover the lid, plug in the power, and simmer until cooked through.

When the beans and rice are simmered, pick out the aniseed, green onions and ginger, mix well with a spatula, scoop out and enjoy!
