Spring is a good season for eating wild vegetables. Yuqian can be steamed or made into steamed buns. Add salt, five-spice powder, yeast, cornmeal, and white flour to the yuqian and steam it into steamed buns. It tastes salty and fragrant. When paired with garlic sauce, it tastes like a child.

Wash the Yuqian and control the water. The ratio of cornmeal and white flour is 1:1.

Add flour, salt, yeast and five-spice powder to Yuqian.

Mix well and add water while stirring.

Knead into a medium-soft dough and place in a warm place to ferment for 30-40 minutes.

Form into a round shape and place on steamed bun paper.

After the water boils, steam for 20 minutes.
