Meat and egg salmon sushi
Overview
Sushi is a type of food that I prefer to eat. It is not very difficult to make, but it is more nutritious and healthy due to the addition of a variety of ingredients. Moreover, sushi is also easy to carry, whether you go out on weekends or bring lunch to work. The color combination is beautiful and you can put it in a lunch box. I think it is much better than buying fast food from outside. The sushi I made today was made by plundering the remaining ingredients in the refrigerator. It was quite delicious, except that there was no fish roe, otherwise it would have been even more perfect. Finally, I squeezed in some caviar, but it still couldn't compare with fish roe.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the purple sweet potatoes, peel them and cut them into 1cm thin strips and set aside
-
Add water and starch to the eggs and mix well; heat oil in a pot, dip the purple fries in the egg liquid and deep-fry until the egg paste is golden
-
Peel the avocado and cut into strips
-
Spread the remaining eggs into thin egg pancakes
-
Mix the rice with sushi vinegar, a little salt and sesame oil; put plastic wrap on the sushi curtain and put a piece of seaweed. Spread the mixed rice on the seaweed and compact it as much as possible
-
Then cover the seaweed with rice and turn it over
-
Arrange the fried purple potatoes and avocado, then spread the salad dressing and evenly spread the pork floss
-
Roll up the sushi with the ingredients, and then arrange it into a square shape. Try to roll it as tightly as possible, otherwise it will be difficult to cut later
-
Cut the egg pancake into strips as wide as the sushi, and cut the salmon into strips in the same way; put the cut egg slices and salmon on the sushi
-
Then cut into pieces and place on a plate, spread salad dressing and caviar on the surface, and serve with sushi soy sauce and wasabi
