Overview
It’s very easy to make. I’ve made it many times. It’s more fragrant, delicious and more hygienic than the ones outside! ! !

Ingredients
Steps
-
Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
-
Add eggs and mix well with chopsticks. Add water and milk and mix with chopsticks to form a dough. (Note: If the eggs are large, add less water and milk. The result will be very sticky, but you can grab it.)
-
Pour the oil into the palm of your hand, and then knead the dough with your hands. The best effect is to ensure that the dough does not stick to your hands.
-
Let the dough rest for at least an hour (if possible, mix the dough at night and refrigerate it, and fry it in the morning for the best effect). The risen dough is very fluffy.
-
Grease the panel with oil and place the risen dough on the panel (the amount of oil applied here is appropriate so that the dough does not stick to your hands). Flatten the dough on the board with your hands (thickness is about 0.5cm).
-
Use a knife to cut the dough into sections (each section is about one finger long), and stack the two doughs together in groups.
-
Pour two cups of cooking oil into the pot, heat it to 6 minutes, pinch both ends of the dough and stretch it out, then put it into the pot (you don’t need to stretch it too hard, it depends on the size of the pot).
