Red bean cake
Overview
I made homemade honey red beans and used it to make a red bean cake. This was made on Mother's Day, and I specially used a small mold with the word "longevity" on it.

Add sugar to vegetable oil and mix well.

Add eggs and mix well until the liquid thickens.

Add the milk in portions, stir well and then add the next portion.

Sift in the mixed flour and baking powder.

Mix the flour and egg batter evenly.

According to the size of the mold, grab a piece of dough and press it into thin slices.

Wrap an appropriate amount of honey red beans.

Close the mouth downward.

Sprinkle the mold with flour, pour out any excess, press the dough into the mold, and then knock it out.

Place on the oiled tin foil one by one, bake in the oven at 160 degrees for 25 minutes on the middle layer and turn off the heat.

Honey red beans are not very sweet, so the red bean cake is medium sweet and a little light.
