Eight-treasure glutinous rice with sand

Eight-treasure glutinous rice with sand

Overview

This year, Zerui’s mother made several bowls of rice pudding, using homemade ingredients and filling the middle with red bean paste, which is sweet and soft. One more thing, glutinous rice has the effect of strengthening the spleen and warming the stomach, and red beans and red dates also have the effect of replenishing iron and replenishing qi and blood, so during the festival, you might as well make a few more bowls!

  4. Prepare auxiliary ingredients such as preserved fruit and red bean filling. (I prepared various candied fruits, orange candied fruits, kiwis, candied dates, wolfberries, fruit peels, bean paste fillings, etc. You can prepare them according to your preference or the ingredients you have on hand. They do not need to be exactly the same.)

  12. Take out the steamed eight-treasure rice and place it upside down on a plate. Pour sugar water or sugared osmanthus over it before eating. The glutinous rice itself is very sweet, so you don’t need to pour sugar water over it. The beautiful eight-treasure rice brings happiness to the door.
