[Fish Bone Vegetable Soup] It’s delicious without tofu. Fish bones are used to make soup. I used to add tofu in the past. This time I didn’t add tofu and replaced it with vegetables. It’s still delicious.

Wash the fish head and fish bones and chop them into pieces, pour oil into the wok, fry two slices of ginger first, then add the fish bones and fry until fragrant.
