  1. Blanch the beef. Bring the water to a boil and boil the beef slightly. Immediately turn off the heat and use chopsticks to unfold one by one and place it on a plate.

  2. Shred the onion and cut the coriander into sections. Normally, you need to cut some millet pepper and red pepper. I didn’t add pepper here because it is for children.

  3. Saute the onions until soft and add the beef.

  4. Stir it a few times, add light soy sauce to enhance the freshness, dark soy sauce to adjust the color, add cumin and stir-fry over high heat, add coriander and salt, stir-fry and remove from the pot.

  5. It stir-fries quickly and I didn’t take a picture before adding dark soy sauce. When making rice bowl, you can add some water. If there is more soup, don’t let it dry out.

  6. Remove from pan and plate.
