Muyu flower pancake
Overview
I have made an egg pancake with glutinous rice flour mixed with flour before, which is more delicious than ordinary flour egg pancake. But just adding eggs would not make the pancakes delicious enough, so I thought of using the particularly fragrant bonito flowers to make pancakes, which would definitely taste great.
