Braised fish with soy sauce and sugar on bamboo sticks

Clean the bamboo stick fish

Cut into two pieces, or whole (my pot is small)

Heat the pan and add oil, a little more oil. Heat the oil to 60% and fry the fish

Flip and fry the other side until golden brown

Cut some ginger, garlic, shallots, millet pepper

Fry the fish until both sides are golden brown, add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant

Adjust the appropriate amount of soy sauce and sugar

Add a small bowl of boiling water and simmer for about 5 minutes

Remove the juice over high heat, but don’t remove it too dry. A little juice will make it more delicious

Serve on a plate. Just sprinkle with chopped green onion
