I have always loved large intestines, and it is a bit difficult to make them myself, but this thing is clean and safe to make. In fact, just bean sprouts are enough. My family likes bean curd, so I added bean sprouts.

Wash the large intestine repeatedly with water and salt until it is clean

Prepare onions, ginger, garlic, hot pepper, Sichuan peppercorns, star anise, bay leaves, and white cardamom

Put oil in the pot, add onions, add the above spices, stir-fry

Next, stir-fry a large spoonful of Pixian bean paste until fragrant

Add the large intestine and stir-fry, add cooking soy sauce, a little oyster sauce, a little sweet noodle sauce, stir-fry for a while. Add pepper, salt, and two spoons of brine for marinating large intestine, cook briefly and set aside.
