Peel the chicken, remove the fat, and chop into large pieces.

Chicken nuggets fly into the water.

Wash off the scum.

Soak lotus seeds for 30 minutes.

Soak morels until soft,

Wash and set aside.

Choose frozen abalone. (If there is black film around it, brush it clean.)

Cut the soaked sea cucumber into slightly larger pieces. (This sea cucumber is an Atlantic sea cucumber bought at Costco.)

Remove the pits from the red dates.

Put the chicken pieces, lotus seeds, sea cucumber, abalone, and red dates into the soup pot, add an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer over medium-low heat for 1.5 hours.

Add the morels and continue simmering for 20 minutes.

Soak and wash the wolfberry.

Put it into the soup and simmer for 5 minutes.

After cooking, skim off the fat. (I don’t use salt at home. You can add salt to taste if you like.)
