The pea flour was wet when I bought it

Add as much water as the pea flour, mix well and soak

Pour into the pot and add five times as much water as the pea flour and mix evenly without letting the starch settle

Turn on low heat and keep stirring for a while and the transparent liquid will float up

Keep stirring until thickened

Cut into thin slices and add oil, chili, salt, vinegar, onion, garlic, MSG, delicious fresh sesame oil

Mix well and you can eat. You can also make the seasoning from the previous step into dipping oil, pour it on, and mix it into the jelly

It tastes good if you add some cucumber shreds and less chili pepper
