Heat the oil in the wok and turn off the heat.

Grate the white radish in advance and boil it in water until soft, then let it cool and squeeze out the water.

Chop with a knife.

Add yeast to the flour and mix it in advance for fermentation.

Deflate the dough and knead evenly. Divide into small balls and roll into dough. Add beef filling.
