Bean dregs cake
Overview
I occasionally like to drink soy milk for breakfast. It's a pity to throw away the leftover soybean dregs from making soy milk, so I throw them away every time in a different way. This time I made black bean and soybean dregs and made this shortcake. It's fragrant and the kids like it very much.

Steps
-
This is the okara left over from soy milk made from black beans and soybeans. I weighed it and found 260g
-
Add three tablespoons of flour and 5g of baking powder. Looking at the moisture content of the bean dregs, I found that the moisture content was relatively high, so I didn’t add any more water. Chop some green onions and add a little salt.
-
Mix well. Form into a ball, just pinch a piece and still keep it from falling apart.
-
Place the baking sheet on the induction cooker and turn on the heat. Place a small piece of dough directly on the baking sheet and flatten it to half a centimeter thick. (The baking sheet needs to be brushed with some oil in advance
-
Fry until golden brown on both sides.
