【Tomato Bacon Spaghetti】
Overview
The unique salty and smoky flavor of bacon is paired with fresh basil. The side dishes are the commonly used three kinds of celery, onions and carrots. In addition, three shiitake mushrooms are added to reflect the tomato sauce flavor. Here I used canned tomatoes for a richer flavor. Bacon: Translated from the English Bacon, its original meaning is smoked rib meat (i.e. square meat) or smoked salted back meat. Bacon is one of the three main varieties of Western-style meat products (ham, sausage, and bacon). The skin is oily and golden, and the cortex is hard. It makes a slight porridge sound when flicked with your fingers. The lean meat is dark brown, dry and hard in texture, and the meat is brightly colored when cut. (Baidu Encyclopedia)
