Ingredients: 500 grams of pork tenderloin, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of starch, half a cup of corn flakes or bread crumbs, appropriate amounts of salt, cooking wine, and pepper.

Cut the meat into 2 cm square dices.

Put the diced meat into a container, add a little cooking wine, pepper, and salt and marinate for 15 minutes.

Beat the eggs.

Roll the diced meat into a layer of dry starch and shake off excess flour.

Then dip it in the egg liquid.

Coat the meat coated in egg liquid with crushed corn flakes, or roll it in bread crumbs.

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place the meat balls.

Arrange all the meat balls in sequence and place them into the baking pan.

Place in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes, then turn to 160 degrees and bake for another 15 minutes.
